WHO WE ARE
We are a mix of two families – one from the USA and the other from Cuenca. My name is Dave Campbell and, with my wife Shelia, we are currently on our small farm in southern Alabama while caregiving to Shelia’s mom. We expect to move back to Cuenca in early 2026 where we’ll rejoin our Cuenca NRS team.
In Cuenca, our team is led by Noshy Pinos. She is a Cuenca native who has lived and attended college in the States. She is fluent in English and is a Spanish language teacher. She is also well connected in Cuenca, including attorneys and with the folks in the VISA department. Helping her in our office is her husband Alfredo who is our main driver, charged with transportation for our clients. This includes pickup at the airport on arrival (in Cuenca, Quito, or Guayaquil) and any transportation needs you might have. (Note – having a friendly face meet you at the gate and take you safely to your hotel is a very comforting way to begin your adventure here in Cuenca). Also in our office are Mateo and Ruben, young gentlemen who will help you get settled and find your way around the city.
Cuenca is a terrific city to live in – vibrant and laid-back all at once. With our help, you’ll be guided through the entire process of getting established and making your home in Cuenca.
