What we do

Perhaps a good way to look at our services is to just consider us as knowledgeable friends who will guide you on your journey to a wonderful new life in Cuenca. We understand your concerns and will do our best to keep you safe and make your transition seamless and comfortable.

You can use our services at any time – from helping you plan and understand everything you need, to meeting you at the airport and getting you a hotel or hostel, to helping you find a house or apartment, getting all your utilities turned on and the internet set up, getting a phone, learning your way around the city, and finding things like groceries, restaurants, furniture, and anything else you need.

Our Cuenca team of Noshy, Alfredo, Ruben, and Mateo have lived all their lives in Cuenca and know the city inside out. We also have several “tip sheets” that are available FREE to those on our Preferred Prepaid Plan (see our STORE on the menu). Tips such as what to bring with you and what to ship (if you are going to ship some of your household goods to Cuenca). Some things are quite expensive here and knowing what to take is often very helpful to our clients.
